Payment

Members of The Wedding Planning Collective (The WPC) are required to pay for their membership at the time of purchase and then every month thereafter on the same date each month. If a payment fails and we are unable to contact you to collect it, we reserve the right to terminate your membership and remove you from all our platforms.

All products and materials within the membership will always remain the property of The Wedding Planning Collective and are not to be reproduced or distributed.

If we are unable to process your membership payment successfully, our system will usually retry every 3 days using the existing payment method you added. We reserve the right to manually retry this payment(s) at any time on your existing payment method or any new payment methods that you add to your account to process any outstanding debts.

The Wedding Planning Collective is not liable for any late payment fees or reclaimed failed payments by payment gateways. For members making their monthly membership payment through a specific payment method (e.g., PayPal, Stripe), it is your responsibility to ensure your payment details are correct and up to date. You can manage your payment details directly with the payment gateway.

Please familiarize yourself with the privacy policy of your chosen payment gateway for your membership, Stripe.

The Wedding Planning Collective does not accept payment in the form of cheques. Consequently, all purchases and agreements entered into will cease with immediate effect until such time as any and all outstanding monies are recovered in full.
